How to Use

Keep in mind that fenugreek expands quickly when mixed with liquid. Be prepared to add more liquid as needed, and stir frequently for at least 15-20 minutes. If you prefer a smoother texture, strain the mixture to avoid small bits in your hair (similar to cream of wheat expansion).

1. Prewash your hair using one of our Hair Washes or Shampoo Bars.
2. Prepare the Mask: Mix fenugreek powder (no more than 10% of your total hair mask recipe) with full-fat yogurt, other Ayurvedic herbs, or warm distilled water to form a paste. Add more liquid as needed to maintain a smooth consistency.
3. Apply the mixture from root to tip, massaging it gently into your scalp.
4. Let it Work: Leave the mask on for 1-2 hours for best results.
5. Rinse Out with our Cleansing CoWash, then moisturize, style, and dry as usual.

• 50g fenugreek powder (100g for shoulder-length hair, adjust as needed)
• 50g cassia
• 1 tsp aloe vera powder
• 1-2 tbsp amla or Ayurvedic hair oil
